Need a refund for only part of your order? Partial refunds (individual tickets or add-ons) can't be processed here — email us at [email protected] and we'll review your request.
You can find this in your confirmation email (e.g., 31185-123456).
Enter the email address used at checkout. We'll send a verification code to confirm it's you.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 7–10 business days if initiated. Certain fees may be non-refundable, depending on the event's refund policy.
