Ally Venable

Texas blues-rock singer/songwriter and guitarist Ally Venable entertains wherever she goes. A Kilgore, Texas native, she began singing at church at four and picked up the guitar at 12, forming her own band by 13. Early releases No Glass Shoes (2016) and Puppet Show (2018) started her fanbase and won several East Texas Music Awards. 2019’s Texas Honey and Ruf’s European Blues Caravan tour propelled her internationally. Her 2021 album Heart of Fire explores love and perseverance, featuring mentor Kenny Wayne Shepherd. In 2022, she was named #2 Young Gun by Guitar World and received the Road Warrior award from the Independent Blues Music Awards. Her 2023 release, produced by Tom Hambridge and featuring Buddy Guy and Joe Bonamassa, debuted at #1 on the Billboard Blues Charts.
