When it comes to culinary techniques, aging is the oldest one in the book. If the alchemy that is country ham is any indication, time is a key ingredient in many of our favorite foods and drinks. From dry-aged beef and charcuterie to cave-cured cheese, from barrel-aged spirits and brews, explore the culinary method behind aging from various angles of the food and beverage world. 

Led by legendary charcutier, Michael “Sully” Sullivan, who has appeared on History Channel’s “The Butcher” and acclaimed Atlanta beverage expert, Kellie Thorn, guests will learn how producers and industry pros harness the power of age in products, while indulging in multiple pairings, each demonstrating a unique depth of flavor you can only get from time.
