Synopsis:  The Broadway version of Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella is a contemporary retelling of the classic fairy tale. The story follows Ella as she endures life with her cruel stepmother and stepsisters, but the musical includes new characters, like a radical named Jean-Michel. Ella helps a prince see the needs of his kingdom, while still relying on her fairy godmother and the magic to attend the ball and find her true love.
