I, the ticket purchaser, acknowledge that by purchasing a ticket for the St. Patricks Day Player Party, I voluntarily assume all risks related to attending and participating in the event.

I hereby waive, release, and discharge Atlanta Sport and Social Club and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm, including but not limited to bodily injury, personal injury, property damage, or death, that may be sustained by me or any other person while attending or participating in the event.

I understand and agree that this waiver and release of liability applies to all risks, known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from or related to the event, including but not limited to those caused by the negligence or gross negligence of Atlanta Sport and Social Club or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or representatives.

I acknowledge that I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be bound by them. I further acknowledge that I am at least 21 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement, or that I am the parent or legal guardian of the ticket purchaser and am authorized to sign this waiver on their behalf.

By signing this waiver, I understand that I am releasing Atlanta Sport and Social Club from any liability and assume full responsibility for any consequences of my attendance and participation in the event.
