This volunteer may also be stationed at a drink stand at a contest location and be responsible for offering a non-alcoholic, ready-to-drink beverages to every player who approaches the station. The volunteer must be comfortable initiating conversation and speaking with every individual who comes near the station.

This volunteer will be asked to carry 50 lbs. There are no chairs for this role. There may be miscellaneous tear down or help needed as well.

This volunteer will help hand out prize claim tags to contest winners as they are announced at the closing reception. This volunteer will also help golfers redeem prizes for claim tags at the volunteer station. This volunteer must be able to move and walk around while searching and engaging with the winners.

This volunteer will stand at the Heritage Club Water Station and offer bottles of water and sunscreen to golfers as they arrive at registration. As well as help with minor general set up if needed.

Once check-in is complete, this volunteer will assist in compiling gift bags.
