For Consideration which Holder acknowledges, Holder expressly agrees:
All Ticket Sales Are Final. No Exchanges. No Money Refunded.
Purchase of this ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the applicable event, management shall not be required to issue a refund provided that you are given the right, within twelve months of the date of the original event, to attend a rescheduled performance of the same event or to exchange this ticket for a ticket, comparable in price and location, to another similar event as designated by management except as otherwise provided by law.
This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it is issued. This is a rain or shine event. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Unless indicated otherwise.
Holder hereby assumes all risk of injury or harm as a result of the activities specified and agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge the release from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or damage to the Holder.
By attending, you are acknowledging an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present, including this event. Unvaccinated individuals are strongly encouraged to continue socially distancing from others when possible and wearing a face covering while inside. Our highest priority is the health, safety and well-being of our attendees and friends, as well as your respective communities.
