About Pursuit Bourbon

Pursuit United takes a different approach to bourbon. Rather than relying on whiskey from a single distillery or mashbill, Pursuit brings together carefully selected bourbons from different distilleries and states to create distinctive blends.

The Pursuit United Triple Mash Bourbon featured in the tasting is an 88-proof, 44% ABV blend of rye and wheated bourbons. Its flavor profile brings together notes of sweet fried dough, kettle corn, warm baking spices, almond croissant, baked apricot, and bright stone fruit, finishing with cinnamon sugar, cola, and a touch of black pepper.

Pursuit Spirits was founded by Ryan Cecil and Kenny Coleman, creators of the Bourbon Pursuit podcast, and the brand is built around exploring what happens when different bourbons, mashbills, and aging characteristics are brought together through blending.
