“PLEASE NOTE: This Gala is open to Active Duty, Retirees, and Civilians without a Department of Defense (DoD) ID card. However, base access to NAS Pensacola is required.

NOTE: Civilians and Veterans that do not possess a valid Department of Defense Identification Card MUST fill out a "SECNAV DD5512/1" form, which is the Department of the Navy's requirement for access to U.S. Navy Installations.


If you do not have a DOD Card you will be required to fill out a DD5512 Form for Base Access.
