Your official season pass is a physical plastic card with photo identification. We must receive a photo of you to fully process and provide your season pass. After this purchase is completed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit a photo of yourself that will be placed onto your physical season pass. Follow those instructions in a timely manner so that your season pass can be created and provided to you. Season passes will be mailed starting the first week in September; the last day for mailing is September 28th. After this date, Passes can be picked up at the Will Call window of the Box Office on any show day. Contact [email protected] if you cannot locate the emailed instructions.

Furthermore, and depending on your purchase method, the BigTickets system may send to you via email or text a purchase confirmation that also resembles a “ticket”. This is not your official season pass. Any “ticket” received via email or saved to a digital wallet on your smartphone is not usable for entry on a festival day. You must use an official season pass with photo identification to gain entry each festival day.
