A celebration of sustainable seafood & humanely-raised, all-natural chicken

Hosted by renowned Atlanta chef Nick Leahy, this dinner collaboration promises a delicious journey in which responsibly-sourced ingredients are the star of every plate. In collaboration with Chef Michael Gulotta of Maypop and MoPho in New Orleans, and Chef Shai Fargian of Yafo Kitchen in Charlotte, the dishes brought to this menu have a hint of cajun-meets-asian influences from Louisiana and Fargian’s signature mediterrean flair. Each course will be paired with delicious Bulleit Bourbon cocktails with an emphasis on sustainable proteins, produce and preparations that let the natural flavors shine.
