COVID POLICY: The health and safety of the Tequila and Memphis communities remains our top priority. We are following all state and local guidelines to create the safest event experience possible. As protocols continue to evolve rapidly regarding public gatherings, our guidance for best practices to be followed at the event are also evolving. Once final protocols are established, we will post all requirements for attendees to adhere to prior to the event date on our website. This is a 100% outdoor event.

When unable to socially distance at Memphis Tequila Festival, we ask that you wear a face covering. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19, please do not attend the event.

I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE Events Hatched, Inc., Memphis Flyer, their owners, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the event. In taking part in Memphis Tequila Festival, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation.

I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and media.

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is reported to be extremely contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and/or by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects, and even possibly in the air. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. The exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown, and there is no known treatment, cure, or vaccine for COVID-19. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life threatening illness and even death.

Memphis Tequila Festival cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while attending. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to attend Summer Cocktail Festival you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I have read and understood the above warning concerning COVID-19. I hereby choose to accept the risk of contracting COVID-19 for myself in order to attend Memphis Tequila Festival. I accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19. I will follow all regulations and protective measures established by the event organizers to enforce social distancing and safety measures.

WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY: I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against Events Hatched, Memphis Tequila Festival and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to Memphis Tequila Festival. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content. I am legally competent to sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
