Authorized Entry EGGtoberfest 2026
This ticket is a non-transferable, revocable license issued by The Big Green Egg, Inc. (“BGE”) solely for admission to EGGtoberfest 2026 (the “Event”) at Coolray Field (the “Venue”). By purchasing, accepting, holding, or using this ticket, you agree to these Ticket Terms and Conditions.
BGE and the Venue may refuse admission or remove any person who violates these terms, applicable Venue rules, or Event rules, or whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the operation of the Event.
When you buy or register for a ticket, the ticketing company may collect information needed to process your ticket and manage the Event. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, ticket order details, ticket quantity, Event preferences, and communication preferences. The ticketing company may share this information with BGE so BGE can communicate with you about EGGtoberfest, Big Green Egg products, future BGE events, recipes, promotions, offers, surveys, and other BGE news. Payment card numbers and security codes will not be shared with BGE for marketing purposes.
BGE may use the shared information only for the limited marketing purposes described above and for related Event administration. BGE will not sell the information, share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing, or use it for purposes unrelated to BGE, the Event, or BGE products and services, unless you separately consent or the law allows or requires it.
The ticketing company and BGE will use reasonable security measures to protect attendee information. They will keep the information confidential, limit access to people and service providers who need it for permitted purposes, and handle the information in accordance with applicable privacy and marketing laws and their posted privacy policies.
You may opt out of BGE marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any BGE marketing email or by contacting BGE at [insert privacy/contact email]. Opting out of marketing will not affect your ticket, your admission to the Event, or BGE’s ability to send you non-marketing messages about your ticket, Event logistics, safety, or changes to the Event.
You acknowledge that attendance at the Event involves inherent and other risks, including risks associated with crowds, weather, parking areas, walking surfaces, cooking demonstrations, hot grills and cooking equipment, fire, smoke, food and beverage samples, alcohol service, allergens, foodborne illness, the acts or omissions of other attendees, and the acts or omissions of third-party vendors, exhibitors, contractors, and service providers.
