Chef Justin Eaton is a rising star in Nashville and we are excited to invite him into the POP Kitchen for his first POP Dinner Party on May 2.
Starting at a very young age, Eaton has worked through every part of the kitchen from the line to being the executive chef at the Jackson Country Club in Jackson, TN. With his wide variety of clientele Chef Eaton has learned to adapt to what the community wants. He has won many medals through the American Culinary Federation which he is a proud member of the Middle Tennessee Chapter as well as had the opportunity to cook for VIP's such as President Barack Obama, Senator John McCain, Condoleezza Rice, and Peyton Manning.
Whether he is cooking and managing an event of 5000 to doing a personal dinner for 2 he prides himself in the excellence of each bite and the quality of each ingredient in the meal he creates.
Now he focuses on his next adventure of opening his own
restaurant La Vida Facil which will focus on
traditional Spanish cuisine and
tapas.
