This month’s ticketed experience will allow guests to explore the complexity of selected wines from New Zealand and South Africa while enjoying heavy appetizers paired from Water Bar’s newly debuted menu. The evening will begin with a welcome pour of Cambridge Road Petillant Natural Peche “Naturalist” 2021 from New Zealand paired with a delicious oyster on the half shell. Margaret Perry from Williams Corner will lead guests through this regional journey while you delight your palate with Koof Street Swartland Chenin Blanc 2022- South Africa and 40/40 Mendoza Malbec 2022- Argentina. Avocado crostinis, bite sized short rib sliders and crab empanadas will be passed throughout the evening to complete the experience while shrimp cocktail and fresh vegetable crudité with our delicious feta dip will be available to nosh on. 

Your ticket includes:

  • A welcome glass of sparkling wine paired perfectly with one of our favorite oysters prepared by the team at Water Bar.
  • Two additional pours of wines with education from our friends at Williams Corner to guide you through pairing and tasting notes for the evening.
  • A generous sampling of Water Bar’s new spring menu, including bites of shrimp cocktail, fresh local veggies and feta dip, avocado crostini, short rib sliders and crab empanadas
