By purchasing a ticket to Wine on the Water, I acknowledge and agree that I am voluntarily participating in this event at my own risk. I understand that alcohol will be served and I certify that I am 21 years of age or older.

I release and hold harmless the event organizers, Sacred Heart Foundation, venue staff, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss, or damages.

I understand that I am responsible for drinking responsibly and arranging safe transportation if needed.

I agree to follow all event rules and instructions and acknowledge that violation may result in removal without refund.
