We love Ramen and we want celebrate its deliciousness and versatility. We are talking about the kind made with fresh noodles and complex broths, not the packets we all ate in our youth. On Monday, Oct 20th, Makan will host the inaugural Ramen Festival where Atlanta will celebrate the beloved noodle soup dish.
Makan's Co-Owner and Chef George Yu has gathered 7 other chefs from around the city to prepare their culinary interpretations of the classic dish. The event will be held at Makan, located in beautiful Downtown Decatur. The festival's hours are 5pm to 10pm. Simply come as you please and enjoy ramen.
Joining us will be chefs from:
-Noodles will be donated by Sun Noodles, an artisan ramen noodle maker who supplies all the best Ramen purveyors in the US.
-Beer generously provided by Three Taverns.
-100% of proceeds from sales of tickets will go to benefit The Giving Kitchen

Tickets are $20 for early buyers but will go up to $25 on 10/13
All attendees over age 1 are required to have a ticket
Due to space limitations, strollers will not be allowed inside the restaurant space, so grab those carriers.
