Chef, author and television personality Kevin Gillespie will share his favorite recipes and cooking techniques on the KUDU Safari Braai at Shep's Midtown Ace on Wednesday, April 12.

The KUDU Safari Braai is an extremely versatile grilling system that allows users to cook nearly any ingredient on up to six cooking surfaces. Using a patented elevated grate system over an open fire, the KUDU grills, sautés, sears, fries, boils, smokes and steams – oftentimes simultaneously.

Guests will enjoy bites, booze and a meet & greet with Kevin Gillespie. The menu will include:

• Grilled Oyster Mushroom Toast with Mascarpone and Hot Giardiniera
• Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Spanish Style Garlic Shrimp
• Dutch Oven Blackberry Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream
