Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q is kicking off 2014 with their new Heritage Hog Dinner series. On Thursday, February 27 at 7 p.m. barbecue connoisseurs will feast on slow-southern cooking at its finest. The star of the evening, the hog du jour, is brought to us by way of Riverview Farms. The celebrated team at Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q looks to exemplify the mouth-watering Cajun approach. In keeping with the New Orleans theme, Abita will keep guests "hydrated" and Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q will also welcome guest chef and New Orleans native, Nick Melvin.
