The Nutcracker: Clara's Winter Dream

Join Clara for a magical day of skating with friends and dreams of an enchanted land of sweets.

This delightful take on the holiday classic, The Nutcracker, is choreographed by Kelly Oakes-Dent and Jennilee Garcia Green and features the students of Decatur's Dance Foundry.

The show is suited for young audiences and follows Clara from a festive afternoon skating with her friends, through a frenzied blizzard and into a fantastic dream filled with wonderful sweets and dancing flowers.


Running time is approximately 80 minutes including a 15 minute intermission.

Parking is available in the Decatur High School lots off Howard Avenue and in the DeKalb County Courthouse Parking Deck on West Trinity Place at Commerce Drive (Entrance on W. Trinity Place, $6 daily rate).

As a courtesy to other patrons, latecomers may take their ticketed seats at intermission.
