The EOS Mid-Manager Workshop will teach your team leaders the EOS Model to see the big picture and understand the EOS journey. From there we will teach the 5 Foundational Tools. Our goal is to get everyone on the same page with each of the foundational tools and ready to roll-out top to bottom in your organization. Lastly we will do a full LMA workshop.
