This is a rare chance to see behind the scenes where TGSC Chef Matt Finley cooks for the players, coaches, and staff of our beloved Atlanta United MLS soccer team. After finishing arguably the most successful debut season in MLS history, Chef Finley is ready to bring his talents back to this pop-up series. Experiencing the new state of the art facility is it's own reason to come:

Chef Seung Hee Lee
Seung Hee Lee is a writer and teacher with a PhD in Human Nutrition. Born and raised in Korea, she has studied traditional Korean Royal Court cuisine. She is an advocate of incorporating Korean flavors into day to day cuisine, and wrote the cookbook "Everyday Korean." She teaches cooking classes in Atlanta, GA, cooks multi-course dinners all around the world from New Orleans to Paris, and blogs of her food and wine adventures @koreanfusion & www.thekoreanfusion.com
Eater Atlanta editor Beth McKibben recently called Seung's meal 'One of the most memorable...and delicious meals' of 2017.
Matt Finley - TGSC co-founder and Executive Chef
Chef Finley is proud to be hosting this event at the Atlanta United Training Facility, where he is wrapping up the first year of being Executive Chef for the players, coaches, and staff. Previously he has worked with leaders in the burgeoning Athens fine dining scene, in catering at the Classic Center and with Levy, and as chef for the Atlanta Falcons and Hawks.
Adam Berlin - TGSC co-founder and Maître D'
Mr. Berlin is a managing partner of Restaurant and Bar Big Sky Buckhead and among running 4 other businesses, he is also a semi-pro restaurant diner and obsessive foodie and international traveler.
The Tipsy Gourmand ..is a pop-up culinary event series with casual public pop-ups like Atlanta's first phoritto to invite-only, exclusive multi-course fine dining! Some past TGSC meals:

This is a 21/+ event only with valid ID required at time of entrance. You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any food allergies or restrictions. This is a pre-fixe menu with no vegetarian option. The drink pairing is part of your ticket and there are no 'food only' tickets available (after all this is the Tipsy Gourmand??) but you may decline beverages at the event.
