Your official season pass is a physical plastic card with photo identification. We must receive a photo of you to fully process and provide your season pass. After this purchase is completed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit a photo of yourself that will be placed onto your physical season pass. Follow those instructions in a timely manner so that your season pass can be created and provided to you. Season passes will be mailed starting the first week in September; the last day for mailing is September 28th. After this date, Passes can be picked up at the Will Call window of the Box Office on any show day. Contact tickets@renfestinfo.com if you cannot locate the emailed instructions.
Furthermore, and depending on your purchase method, the BigTicket system may send to you via email or text a purchase confirmation that also resembles a “ticket”. This is not your official season pass. Any “ticket” received via email or saved to a digital wallet on your smartphone is not usable for entry on a festival day. You must use an official season pass with photo identification to gain entry each festival day.
