1) Tickets are date specific and therefore valid only on the date
selected. After purchase, tickets are non-refundable and
non-exchangeable for an alternative date.
2) I acknowledge that the Festival is open rain or
shine unless extreme weather or unsafe conditions beyond the Festival's
control inhibit its ability to park cars or operate safely. And that
performances on rain days may be modified for safety.

I acknowledge that if the Festival is unable to open, a refund or rain
check for paid tickets may be issued at the option of Festival
management.
