The Big Tex Decatur beer dinner series is back! On Thursday, April 18th at 7 p.m., Big Tex will partner with Atlanta’s favorite local brewery, SweetWater. Head Chef Rick Watson of Big Tex, will present four courses of delicious fare perfectly paired (and sometimes prepared) with a selection of SweetWater brews. Our guests will indulge in a seasonally inspired menu. Start the night off right with a salad made with local heirloom butter lettuce, buffalo coulette steak, SweetWater Blue soaked blueberries, tarragon infused buttermilk cheese and fried shallots.
