The Atlanta Jewish Gene Screen offers accessible genetic counseling and screening for 19 preventable Jewish genetic diseases for which 1 in 5 Jews is a carrier. AJGS was founded by Caroline and Randy Gold, and is funded through the generosity of the Marcus Foundation, in partnership with the Victor Center for the Prevention of Jewish Genetic Diseases at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.
