On behalf of Peach Bowl, Inc., (hereafter referred to as “Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl” or “PBI”) and our Executive Committee and its partnership with the Downtown Countdown, we appreciate your Super suite purchase with the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Game. The purpose of this is to set forth principal business terms upon which you (“Buyer”) will participate in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Game (the “Game”).

Re-assignment. Buyer may not reassign or resell this package, in whole or in part, without the prior express and unequivocal written consent of PBI, which consent may be withheld for any reason whatsoever. Any such attempted assignment without prior written consent of PBI and The Downtown Countdown shall be void.
Suite Damages. Ticketholder covenants and agrees that it shall protect, indemnify, save harmless and defend PBI and PBI’s past, present and future directors, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, and the Downtown Countdown from and against any and all loss, cost, damages, expense, and claims for damage, death or injury of any kind whatsoever to any person or any property howsoever occurring (collectively, “Damages”), resulting from or in connection with ticketholder using a suite at the Georgia Dome during the Event, any PBI or Chick-fil-A sponsored festivity connected with the Event and/or arising from or out of the acts or omissions of Ticketholder and/or any of Suiteholder’s guests, other associates, representatives or personnel attending the Event or related festivities (unless contributed to by the willful misconduct of PBI, its agents, representatives, employees or contractors), or the acts or omissions of any of them occurring during the Event and any ancillary events. The foregoing indemnity and hold harmless agreement shall include indemnity arising from any accident, injury or damage to the suite, any person or property of PBI or the Site, their employees and agents, and shall include indemnity against all costs, claims, expenses, penalties, liens, attorneys’ fees and liabilities reasonably incurred in or in connection with any claim or proceeding brought thereon and the defense thereof. Ticketholder shall be responsible for its acts and omissions (and for the acts and omissions of its guests) in connection with the Event, and Ticketholder covenants that it will not create liability on the part of PBI or Chick-fil-A to a third party as a result of Ticketholder actions or omissions hereunder. In addition, in no event shall PBI have any liability with respect to any injuries suffered by ticketholder and/or Ticketholder’s guests relating to the Event. This provision shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

The Downtown Countdown will be held Saturday, December 31st at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.
There are NO REFUNDS, however tickets can be used by someone other than the purchaser. Ticket holders must be 21+.

You must print off your ticket at home and bring with you to the party, where it will be scanned and redeemed for an event wristband allowing you access into the party. Each ticket has a unique bar code and is only able to be used one time (duplicates will not be accepted). If you do not bring your ticket with you to the event, you may not be allowed to enter the party, as this event will sell out.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT
In consideration of being granted access to the event and use of event facilities in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, I, the user of this ticket, for myself and on behalf of my estate, trustees, heirs and assigns, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS, Armus Media Group LLC, SkyNet Media LLC, Hyatt Hotel & Resorts, Xorbia Technologies Inc., and all other sponsors and their respective owners, directors, officers, agents, employees, successors, and assigns
("Releases"), from any and all claims, losses, injuries or damages to persons or property, and from liability for injury, disability, or death, and from costs (including reasonable attorney's fees), WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE, that arise out of or in any way relate to the event and/or my attendance at the event, except those claims arising out of the wanton and willful misconduct of the Releases. I further accept, assume and incur all responsibility for the risk of injury, disability, or death arising out of or in any way related to the event or my attendance at the event.

This event & its activities may be photographed and/or video recorded. By purchasing tickets to this event you grant Armus Media Group LLC, SkyNet Media LLC, event production & promotional partners and all contracted photographer & video companies. Armus Media Group LLC, SkyNet Media LLC, (“the Companies”) the right to use your name, biographical data, portrait, photograph, voice, or likeness in any form in whole or in part, for advertising, promotional, or trade purposes related to the Companies products and services in any and all media, without territorial, time, use, or other limitation, and without additional compensation, notification or permission. You further release the Companies from all liabilities arising out of any distortion or faulty mechanical productions of your likeness, and agree that any and all materials, storage mediums and recordings, regardless of form, containing your likeness and or voice and shall remain the property of the Companies.

Also by purchasing tickets to this event allows Armus Media Group LLC, SkyNet Media LLC & all event production partners the permission to contact you via by email or mail in the future in regards to promoting other events of any type nature.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I WAIVE SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY CLICKING THE ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS BUTTON (which shall be deemed my signature to this Agreement), AND CLICK THE ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS BUTTON FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY UNDUE INFLUENCE.
