Waiver In consideration of the foregoing. I for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, successors and assigns waive and release any and all rights and claims of action I may have against A Dancer’s Heart, Inc., running, walking and dance events, the sponsors, their affiliates, agents, employees, directors, successors, and assigns. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for these events. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all the foregoing to use any photographs or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising.
