I understand and agree that my gate pass and/or table reservation purchase is nonrefundable and that table reservations are only guaranteed to be held until 30 minutes after the performance begins.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled by Summer Crush: your ticket(s) and/or table reservations are still valid, for the rescheduled event and no further action is required. Summer Crush Winery may approve credit for the event, on a case-by-case basis, subject to limitations set by Summer Crush Winery.

If the event is canceled by Summer Crush: Summer Crush Winery will give you the option to choose either a credit or a refund.
