Join us Valentine's Day for a decadent five-course dinner featuring beautiful food paired expertly with SRBC brews chosen to amplify each course. Our Certified Cicerones will speak about the thought process behind crafting excellent pairings, as well as some insight as to how to best enjoy great beer.
Menu (beer pairing will be announced soon):
--Shrimp saganaki (ouzo braised shrimp, blistered tomato, and
feta)
--Roasted beet and pear salad (arugula, goat cheese, toasted macron almonds, and
warm balsamic and mustard vinaigrette)
--Risotto aroncini al burro (stuffed risotto, pancheta, burrata, and salsa Frido)
--Melon mint sorbet intermezzo
--Lamb chops, Cabernet gastrique, spicy polenta, and peppers
--Red velvet lava cake
