In consideration of being permitted by Savannah River Brewing Co to participate in a beer dinner, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages or personal injury, death, or property damage which I may have or which may hereafter accrue as a result of my participation in said activity. This release is intended to discharge, in advance, Savannah River Brewing Co, its officers, directors, members and managers (“SRBC”), and all other members of its cooking school staff whether contracted or employed, from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected to in any way with any participation in said activity.
