Our noble steed of a bus is helmed by experienced drivers, ensuring a secure voyage to and from the magical realm of the Georgia Renaissance Festival!

Upon arrival, experience the Renaissance Festival in the Village of Newcastle like never before with experienced (and might I say very funny) guides and curated activities. Immerse yourself in the charm of the era, sip on the sexy mead from Monks Meadery, and relish in the enchantment of the day’s festivities.

SUNDAY April 20th - WIGS & WHIMSY : "Do you wear wigs? .... you're invited to dress in your most whimsical ren faire fit! whether you'll be a fairy, wizard, elf... or just you! ... we are set to have a magical time in the village of Newcastle! This bus is a great option for those who get overheated, one of the cooler days of the festival... we love an April Ren Faire day!!

SATURDAY April 26th - HIGHLAND FLING : Get your kilts ready, corsets on, maybe dabble in the faerie folklore of the Scottish Isles?! Whatever you shall be... it's time to go listen to the sweet sweet sound of bagpipes in the Village of Newcastle!

SATURDAY May 3rd - CHAPPELL ROANS ARMY - PINK PONY PARTY BUS : (with surprise co-host hehehe, look out on @monksmead for this announcement) It is Cosplay Weekend at the Ren Fest and we are putting our best Chappell Roan Army together to storm the castle... 5...6....5...6...7...8 .... HOT TO GO!!! Get your glitter, get your Chappell cosplay together.... this one is for the GIRLS, GAYS & THEYS (and everyone else... lets be honest, who doesn't love Chappell Roan?)

SUNDAY May 4th - LOTR BILBO BAGGINS PARTY BUS - May the fourth be with us as we take the ring to MORDOR. Come come hobbittessss, it's time to go on an adventure. It is Cosplay Weekend at Ren Fest .... MUSTARRRRRRRR the Rohirrimmmmm!

SATURDAY May 24th - PIRATE INVASION : THE BLACK PEARL PARTY BUS - "ya best start believin' in ghost stories Miss Turner.... YOU'RE IN ONE" Get your pirate gear on and be ready to set sail for the most epic voyage!!! It is Pirate Invasion Weekend at the Ren Fest, join the Monks Meadery Crew as we sail into Newcastle's harbor and join hundreds of pirates for a day of mayhem!

TICKET PURCHASE INCLUDES:

- Mead will be available for purchase in our taproom before you depart! Your ticket comes with 10% OFF all mead before, during and after your experience!

Recommendations from your Hosts:

- Please make sure to wear sunscreen, it's Georgia sunshine...you know the drill

- Please have your ids ready ( no one under 21 is allowed on the Party Bus )

- Please consider using rideshare to get to the meadery...especially if you will be having an absolute blast drinking Monks Mead

- Please make sure to bring cash for buying wands, leather bracers, tea, food, anything at the festival! (They do have ATMS but please withdraw ahead of time to avoid a fee and long lines)

- Please be friendly and respectful of your fellow voyagers. We prioritize maintaining a safe space for ALL. <3

The Adventure:

- Arrive @ Monks Meadery 11:00am and meet your hosts!

- Depart Monks Meadery 12:00pm sharp and head to the Georgia Renaissance Festival

- Arrive @ GARF and opt in or out of the Guided Experience (details released closer to event)

- Gather @ The Brewers Pub 6:00pm on the faire grounds for the Pub Sing

- Board the Party Bus and leave GARF @ 6:30pm sharp

- & Huzzah!! we have landed back at the meadery!
