Mellow Mushroom - Founders Brewing Co. Beer Dinner
May the Fourth at 7pm
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with our homemade cornbread, paired with whipped butter and matched with a Founder’s Pale Ale that is sure to whet the appetite.
The second course appetizer will be the southern staple, Shrimp and Grits. Sauteed onions and peppers placed atop white, billowy grits with Pancetta Gravy and Prawn. The Centennial IPA is the perfect compliment.
The main course will be a prime cut of steak, served with fried onion straws, and an assortment of fresh greens, with optional Portobello mushroom slices, accompanied with a side of Béarnaise sauce and the World Class Kentucky Bourbon Stout.
For dessert, a fresh fig, brie and apple spread placed upon a flaky pastry crust will dance on the palate the whole way home. The Blushing Monk Imperial fruit ale will be sure to bring the evening to a delicious close.
