Four course dinner paired with 5 different whiskeys from Michter's Distillery. Our chef will be hand creating a one-of-a-kind menu that will pair perfectly with and compliment each of the featured whiskeys.
The Menu
Welcome cocktail: A Michter's Rye Old Fashioned
1st Course: Raw oysters on the half shell with a blood orange and fennel mignonette topped with bacon and pine nuts. Paired with Michter's American Blood Orange & Thyme Whiskey Paloma
2nd Course: Smoaked chicken croquette, romesco herbs and almonds. Paired with Michter's Small Batch Bourbon Limoncello
3rd Course: 45 day dry-aged pork loin served over smoaked cauliflower puree with apples and maple. Paired with Michter's 10 Year Neat
4th Course: Home-made toffee pudding with dried stone fruit. Paired with Michter's Sour Mash Whiskey Mac
