Sierra Nevada Beer Dinner

On Wednesday, December 18 at 7 p.m., Big Tex Decatur will host a beer dinner with one of the country’s top craft breweries, Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Head Chef Rick Watson of Big Tex Decatur has prepared four courses alongside a selection of award winning Sierra Nevada brews. Patrons of the dinner will indulge in a seasonally inspired menu that includes Smoke Braised Short Ribs and a Fried Banana Split. For $50 (excluding tax and gratuity), guests will enjoy four courses including full bottles and pints of beer.
