Join this powerhouse group of chefs as they dazzle your tastebuds with a menu created around the sounds of their hometowns. Nick Leahy from Nick's Westside hosts, Duane Nutter, 2020 James Beard Finalist Best Chef South and Bruce Moffett as they come together to bring you an inspired multi-course lineup, showcasing their favorite music from the South. With a menu sure to tantalize your tastebuds, these well-known chefs will take you on a culinary journey, finding delicious joy in each of the thoughtfully curated bites. Each course has been paired with a cocktail and/or wine selection that will compliment this fun evening ahead.

Hors d'oeuvres - All Chefs: Chanterelles with Cauliflower Puree on a Carolina Rice Cake * Whiskey Glazed Rib Tips * Georgia White Shrimp Cocktail with Smoked Peach Mojo. Paired with Georgia Peach Spritz

1st Course - Duane Nutter (NOLA and beyond): Drum Fish & Chips with Miso Squash Puree alongside Brussels Kimchi. Paired with Salvestrin Sauvignon Blanc

2nd Course - Nick Leahy (Atlanta): Lemon Pepper Wet Quail Breast with Middlins and Mustard Greens. Paired with Tarpon Cellar Cambaro Nebbiolo

3rd Course - Bruce Moffett (NC): Roasted Heritage Pork Tenderloin with Hushpuppies, Slaw and Chipotle BBQ. Paired with Luigi Bosca Malbec

4th Course - Nick Leahy (Atlanta): Peach Upside Down Cake with Preserved Peach Ice Cream and Salted Caramel. Paired with Chartreuse & Citrus Punch
