Flour and water. Two simple ingredients, yet the foundation for the art of pasta. Hosted by a virtuoso of pasta-making, decatur-based Chef Pat Pascarella will be joined by collaborators who also have mastered the craft. At The White Bull, the dish is a blank canvas, an opportunity to highlight seasonal ingredients, local purveyors and farm-fresh produce, delivered in the delicate and hand-crafted vessel of pasta. Technical, yet simple, the art of pasta-making is one that is also ever-evolving. In this five course paired experience featuring a trio of pasta courses, join Chef Pat and Guest Chefs Ryan Westover of Birmingham’s new Pizza Grace and James Briscione of Pensacola's Angelena's, as they elevate your palate and expand your horizons when it comes to the simple, yet beloved, art of pasta-making.
