Part of Gather 'round's collaborative dinner series
Featuring host chef Raul Dominguez of Bar Mercado and collaborator chef John Castellucci, from the renowned Castellucci Hospitality Group, guests joining us for this Collab experience will explore the deep, saturated and bold flavors of Latin American and Spanish food cultures and the exciting new ways Southern chefs have interpreted them.
Through collaborative tapas, “platos grande” and family-style dishes, this colorful evening will include multiple courses of off-the-menu creations, innovative cocktails and wine pairings. Welcoming guest pastry chef Rebecca Masson, from Fluff Bake Bar in Houston, TX, this unique experience will conclude with sweet and savory latin-inspired desserts alongside a traditional spanish digestif to round out the evening.
