I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the Let's Brunch Memphis event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, artists, attendees, workers, and volunteers. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my associates may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at Let's Brunch Memphis event or participation in Let's Brunch Memphis event programming (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my associates, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Producers, its employees, agents, artists and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Producers, Artists, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Let's Brunch Memphis event program.

I agree to comply with any and all rules, regulations, terms and conditions of Let's Brunch Memphis event, including but not limited to those set forth in this document.

I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISK OF PROPERTY LOSS, PERSONAL INJURY, SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH, WHICH MAY OCCUR BY BEING A PART OF LET'S BRUNCH MEMPHIS EVENT AND HEREBY FOREVER RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD THE PROJECT ORGANIZERS HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM SUCH RISK EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE PROJECT ORGANIZERS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES, OR BY THIRD PARTIES, AND I ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY FOR MY PARTICIPATION.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, AND I DO SO KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR DURESS.
