About the beer: The Curious No. 10 is a collaboration project with Jester King Brewery and Yonah Mountain Vineyards. It is a mixed fermentation beer made with local grits & wheat from Dayspring Farms (Athens, Ga) and aged in oak barrels on Cabernet Sauvignon grape skins from Yonah Mountain Vineyards (Cleveland, Ga).
The beer pours with a transparent rose hue and quickly dissipating white foam. The aroma and flavor are that of a delicate floral and the beer softly expresses strawberry, hibiscus, nectarine, pear, and lemon with a crisp, light mouthfeel and very clean finish.
Four separate fermentations over the course of the last 18 months have developed this beautiful beer that we are very proud of and, like all of our Curious beers, we took some leaps of faith in process to create the beer that now resides in a very limited amount of bottles that we now offer to you.
