Arcadiana Bottle Release Celebration
Join us on July 21st for a very special event. We will be closing down a section of our Tasting Room to host our Arcadiana Bottle Release Celebration.
Arcadiana is a saison brewed with American and European hops, that aged in wine barrels for 1 year with our house-mixed culture of yeast and bacteria. The beer is soft, lightly tart and presents citrus and berry notes on the palate. Arcadiana was bottle conditioned and was packaged November 2017. The beer is 6.2% ABV.
As saisons traditionally were beers tied to land and agriculture, we incorporated a local connection to the beer. We sourced the wine barrels the beer aged in from Yonah Mountain Vineyards.
We previously released the brand as a clean saison in 2015. With the 2018 release, we chose to explore how our house-mixed culture would interact with the beer’s existing grain bill & American hops. The beer’s name is a reference the poetic idea of Arcadia – a utopia where people live in harmony with the natural world. The label is a watercolor illustration created by local artist and staff member Melissa Merrill.
Tickets for the event will be available for purchase on July 7th at 1PM through Xorbia, and will include 36oz of beer to taste onsite with a special draft list, 2 bottles of Arcadiana to take home, small plates of food paired with the beer, and a vintage CC Four Year Anniversary stemware. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase more bottles onsite.
You must be 21+ to purchase tickets and this is a ticket holder only event.
