Michigan’s Chef Challenge (MCC) is holding a “Licensed to E.A.T.™”” Judges Certification Class on Saturday, April 18th @ 11 am @ the King’s Court Castle in Canterbury Village, Lake Orion, MI.

The class will be taught by Mike McCloud, founder of the World Food Championships (WFC) and E.A.T. judging methodology creator. Learn how to judge food based on Execution, Appearance and Taste, the three key ingredients to every cooking competition. Since inception, WFC’s “Licensed to E.A.T.™” judging classes have certified more than 3,000 foodies from far and wide –– spanning from California to Tanzania, Africa and everywhere in between.

The MCC and WFC are bringing YOU a one-of-a-kind, food-filled day of fun. "Licensed to E.A.T.™ Detroit." The best part? YOU will have the opportunity to put your new skills to the test. At the conclusion of the E.A.T.™ Methodology training, attendees will actually judge championship-caliber tastings provided by MCC to simulate real-world scenarios.

At the end of the class you will have earned your E.A.T. Certification Gold Card and be eligible to judge at any Michigan’s Chef Competitions AND at the World Food Championships.

Tickets include entry to class, all training materials needed, non-alcoholic beverages and E.A.T. Certification Card (to be mailed upon completion of class).

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS: Scannable/Printable tickets will be emailed in the purchaser's name. If a purchaser is unable to attend, tickets are transferable.
