Purchase Policy / Terms And Conditions:
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellation of your order is not permitted at any time after you place your order. There are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made. Your photo maybe is taken at the event used for future event promotion.
TICKETS ARE IMMEDIATELY EMAILED TO YOU: Immediately upon completing your purchase, TicketVibe emails you a confirmation with attached electronic tickets (called e-tickets). Your confirmation and attached e-tickets are sent from BigTickets This email is automatically sent to the email address that you provided upon check out. Please check your spam or junk folder if the confirmation and e-tickets are not in your inbox. Contact us if you do not receive your confirmation and e-tickets and we will assist you to resolve the issue. The address of the venue is on your e-tickets, which are attached to your confirmation email.
ALCOHOL, SEATING, FOOD: Ticketholder is aware that unless noted on the event listing, events that serve alcohol are a cash bar unless they state that they are open bar or hosted bar on the ticket types and ticket descriptions and/or the event listing and description. Ticketholder is aware that events may not have seating for certain ticket types or the event as a whole; ticketholder is aware that they should assume that an event does not have available or reserved seating, unless the listing and/or the ticket descriptions clearly state that they do have seating. Food is not provided unless clearly stated in the event listing, event details, and/or ticket descriptions. If food is included as part of the event and/or ticket you purchased, food choices are subject to change at any time without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Food is provided at a first come first serve basis, unless the event listing and/or ticket description clearly states that it is available for the entire event duration or for a period of specified hours during the event. If the listing/description states all food or certain food will be available for the entire event or for specific hours during the event, and if food is momentarily out when you are attempting to eat, please know that the venue is replenishing the food. If you have waited for an extended period of time and the food has not been replenished, please contact venue management at the event for an estimated time that the food will be ready for you. If there are periods of time when food is not available for you due to the venue replenishing said food, no matter how long the wait(s), such is not a grounds for a refund. Please contact us with any questions.
EVENT CANCELLATIONS: If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket, if the event’s presiding entity returns to Atlanta Nightlife or its Clients, where applicable) the value of your ticket; service fees and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: TicketVibe and its Clients will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors. By purchasing the tickets through BigTickets and/or its Clients, you hereby release and forever discharge National Nightlife Inc dba Atlanta Nightlife, and its Clients including but not limited to Atlanta Nightlife LLC, and each entity’s officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the event(s). It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of TicketVibe or its Clients of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.
INDEMNITY: By Purchasing tickets on BigTickets or its Clients’ website(s), ticket purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Atlanta nightlife and its Clients, said entities officers, owners, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or by reason of complying with this Indemnity Clause. Ticket purchaser, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby release, remise, and forever discharge Atlanta nightlife and its Clients and its entities owners, officers, employees and agents, from all manner of actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, judgments, executions, claims, demands whatsoever, known or unknown, in law or equity, which ticketholder has ever had, now have, may have, or claim against TicketVibe and/or its Clients.
SEVERABILITY: If any clause, aspect, part or provisions of this Purchase Policy is found to be null, void, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, the rest of this Purchase Policy/ Terms and Conditions remain in full binding effect, and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to the permit enforcement of said clause that required modification and of the agreement as a whole.
