What type of tickets are available?
General Admission and VIP
What do VIP ticket holders get?
Reserved parking, priority entrance, private bar, appetizers, dedicated restrooms, and front stage viewing
Will you be requiring masks, proof of vaccination, or a negative test?
We abide by government mandates regarding COVID-19 vaccinations, testing, and any health and safety requirements. At this time, we are not requiring proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test to enter the venue. This is subject to change.
Can I bring a bag into the venue?
Backpacks, briefcases, and any large bags or totes are NOT allowed in the venue. Fanny packs, small clutch bags, purses, and clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC bags not exceeding 12”x6”x12” are allowed and are subject to a search upon arrival.
Where will I be able to park?
There will be plenty of parking available at any of surrounding City of Gulf Shores public parking spaces (parking fees apply) and the grass parking lot directly across the street from The Hangout. VIP ticket holders will have access to limited priority parking at The Hangout parking lot (east of The Hangout) and reserved VIP parking in the grass parking lot (directly across the street north of The Hangout). If you’re a VIP ticket holder, please have your ticket ready to show the parking attendant before parking. All parking is on a first come, first serve basis.
Will the restaurant be open?
The restaurant will be serving food and drinks during the night of the concert.
Where can I enter the venue?
All ticket holders will enter through the East side of The Hangout located in The Hangout parking lot.
How do I get my ticket?
Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email from Big Tickets with your order confirmation and ticket(s). Please check your spam/junk folders too! Print this page and bring it with you to the venue.

NO Weapons, knives, or firearms of any kind, including any item that can be used as a weapon
NO Narcotics, including marijuana, drug paraphernalia and any other illegal substances
NO Backpacks, cinch bags, briefcases, or bags allowed except bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC not exceeding 12” x 6” x 12”

NO Focused light devices, including laser pointers
