Table Reservations

Before you check out, make sure that if you mean to reserve a table, that it is loaded in your checkout cart with your admission passe(s). At least one admission pass is required for the table reservation.  If you reserve a table, you are reserving the entire table for you and your guests only. All of the admission passes for this table DO NOT NEED to be purchased on this order. Your guests are able to purchase admission passes separately at any time without selecting a table for their passes.

Your order confirmation email will come from Big Tickets - and the system recognizes table reservations as tickets. Example: If you purchased 1 table reservation and 2 admission passes. The confirmation email would state that you have 3 tickets.

Ticket Refund Policy

I understand and agree that my admission pass and/or table reservation purchase is nonrefundable and that table reservations are only guaranteed to be held for 30 minutes after show start, unless a late arrival has been confirmed by Summer Crush.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled by Summer Crush: your ticket(s) and/or table reservations are still valid, for the rescheduled event and no further action is required. Summer Crush Winery may approve credit for the event, on a case-by-case basis, subject to limitations set by Summer Crush Winery.

If the event is canceled by Summer Crush: Summer Crush Winery will give you the option to choose either a credit or a refund.
