I understand and agree that my gate pass and/or table reservation purchase is nonrefundable and that table reservations are only guaranteed to be held until 1:30pm.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled by Summer Crush: your ticket(s) and/or table reservations are still valid, for the rescheduled event and no further action is required. Summer Crush Winery may approve credit for the event, on a case-by-case basis, subject to limitations set by Summer Crush Winery.

If the event is canceled by Summer Crush:Summer Crush Winery will give you the option to choose either a credit or a refund.
