Volunteering for the 2018 Roswell Beer Festival is a tremendous way to give back to the community, and have fun at the same time! Come spend the day with us creating one of the most sought after festivals in the Southeast. 2,000 people will count on over 200 of "us" to raise (net) $120,000 for the STAR House Foundation! WOW!

We think that we have really matured our Volunteer program based on feedback and experiences over the past 5 years. Your interest in helping us serve is humbling, and we are thrilled to have you. If you have any questions that we do not cover here, please email stephanie.c@starhousefoundation.org.

  • Volunteers will receive $20 worth of tokens that can be used for food and merchandise. 
    • Set-up Volunteers: have option of using their tokens towards entry to the festival.  Volunteer is responsible for paying the remainder of the entry fee ($30). 
    • Ticketing Shift Volunteers: will receive $20 worth of tokens and can attend festival following their shift for $10/person.
  • We are planning to have more pourers per booth, so there can be more breaks and leisure time for his demanding shift.
  • We are improving our registration and check-in process the day of the event. We will have printed instructions for each job in each shift.

To register as a volunteer, please choose the shift that you are interested in below. You can see the times and descriptions for each shift. Even though we use a ticketing engine to process this, there is absolutely no charge at all.
