2020 Rescue Dog Games PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY RELEASE
I understand and agree that by registering for the event, that it serves as agreement to this waiver which is mandatory to gain admittance to Rescue Dog Games with my pet.
1. I acknowledge that my pet is up-to-date on all age appropriate vaccinations, is not of an aggressive nature, is not in heat, and to the best of my knowledge, is free from any contagious diseases or conditions that would make it a danger to any participant, spectator, other individual, or animal.
2. I understand the event, its employees, owners, members, managers, volunteers, and representatives, and any other individuals or professional entities involved with the production of the event or sponsors of the event, reserves the right to refuse admittance to any unruly, aggressive, unsuitable, or visibly ill pets. In addition, I also know that my pet may be asked to leave the event if it behaviors that are deemed to be disruptive or dangerous.
3. I affirm that I am the ONLY one responsible for my pet, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless any person, company, or organization, Blue Twigs Consulting & Events and its agents and representatives, The City of Atlanta, Park Tavern and any sponsor involved in the event from any liability resulting from my own or my pet’s attendance in Rescue Dog Games on Sunday, March 15, 2020.
4. I agree that my photo / video can be used for any marketing or use by Rescue Dog Games and its organizers.
