1) I understand that cancellations must occur 5 days prior to the event. I understand that after this time, no refunds be offered.

2) I understand that I will not receive my continuing education credits or my certificate of completion if I either arrive 20 minutes late or leave the training early.

3) PIHC Staff: I understand that, If I reserve a seat and am a no-show, I will pay half of the original ticket price.
