Event ticket price includes continental breakfast, snacks and lunch served on site. Each table seats eight. There will be additional tables available for lunch seating. Those requiring special accommodations should contact us prior to purchasing tickets.  Drawing for a free stay-cation at Gilbert Hyatt Place will be held at the end of the day!
